Job Description Coordinate with business on requirements to build different recon types. Work closely with Recon Ops teams on their challenges/requirements as appropriate. Provide domain depth during DD/design phase. Execute consulting engagements. Identify opportunities for improvement to help drive continuous improvement. Build domain artifacts and case studies to support RFX/Proactive pitch. Coordinate with upstream/downstream data requirement/output distribution.

Functional specs/ requirements and coordinate with Development teams. Work on proposals, estimates, pricing inputs as required. Delivery support Previous experience Proven track record of Managing delivery in Reconciliations in the earlier organizations. Should have led / participated in 2-3 large transformation engagements. Proven success in Continuous Improvement / Transformation implementation strategies- strong customer orientation. Skillsets Analytical mind-set - Ability to understand client requirements and architect the appropriate solution.

Ability to innovate and ideate. Strong stakeholder management skills. Ability to handle high pressure situations and multi-task. Excellent working knowledge of MS Office - MS Excel, Power Point, Word, Outlook.
