Refund & Return Policy

Adinberg Enterprises Private Limited: Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have been passed since your purchase, we are unfortunately unable to provide you with a refund or exchange, in order to qualify for a return, your item needs to be unused and in the same condition you received and the item needs to be in its original packing. There are several commodities that are exempt from return, perishable items such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines are not eligible for return nor do we accept products which are intimate or hygienic products, dangerous goods or flammable liquids or gases.

Other non-returnable items:
Gift cards, downloadable software products, a few healthcare and personal care items. In order to return, a receipt or proof of purchase is required. Kindly, please do not return your purchase item to the manufacturer.

Under some certain circumstances, only partial refunds are granted: (if any)
Book with visible signs of use CD, DVD, VHS tape, software, video game, cassette or vinyl disc that has been opened. All items not in their original state, are damaged or missing parts for reasons that are not due to our fault or any item sent back more than 30 days after delivery.

Refunds: (if any)
Once your return has been received and inspected by us, we will send you an e-mail to let you know that we have received your returned product. We will also notify you if your refund is approved or rejected by us. If your claim is approved, your refund will be processed and your credit card will be automatically credited or original payment method, in a certain number of days.

Any late or missing refunds: (if any)
If you have not yet received a refund, re-verify your bank account. Then contact your credit card company, it may take a while for your refund to be officially displayed. Then contact the bank. There is often a certain processing time before a refund is displayed. If you have done all of this and have yet to receive a refund, please

Sale Items: (if any)
Only regularly priced items may be refunded, unfortunately items on sale may not be refunded.

Exchanges: (if any)
We do not replace items unless they are faulty or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item,

Gifts:
If the item was marked as a gift upon purchase and sent directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Upon receipt of the returned item, you will receive a gift certificate in the mail. If the item was not marked as a gift at the time of purchase, or the gift giver had the order shipped to them to give you later. We will issue a refund to the gift giver and they will inquire about your return.

Shipping:

You will be required to pay your own shipping charges for the return of your item. Shipping costs cannot be refunded. In the event that you receive a refund, the cost of the return shipment will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time your exchanged product can take to reach at your place, can vary.
If you are shipping an item over $50 or Rs. 4800/-, you should consider using a traceable shipping service or buying shipping insurance. We do not give assurance that we will receive your returned item.
