Empowerment

The NGO BGSF led by Adinberg Enterprises Private Limited helps empower rural communities, farmers and disadvantaged urban youth through training and literacy programs, enabling them to live lives of independence and dignity. BGSF's culture of giving back stems from the tradition of nation and community building sown over 4 years ago by Mr. M. S. Shaikh, the founder of the group. Adinberg companies are involved in a wide variety of community development projects, which relate to vocational training and entrepreneurship, livelihoods and women's empowerment. Adinberg companies strive to empower people by helping them develop the skills they need to succeed in a global economy. The group provides communities with information, technology and capacity to improve health, education and livelihood outcomes.

The NGO BGSF provides scholarships, life and technical skills training, and work placements for socially and economically disadvantaged young women between the ages of 14 and 20.

The NGO BGSF with the police for a better hotline for women. With municipal organizations for green spaces and women's safety. With public transport authorities for women's safety. Joins in networking with women's groups and others based in the city and nationally for legislation and policies.
