BGSF for Education Leadership is a change management organization working in education. BGSFEL began its intervention in 2019 with a focus on improving learning outcomes in public schools in India by supporting leaders in the public education system to bring about personal and systemic behavior change through:

Develop leadership skills
BGSFEL works closely with district education officials, principals and teachers in 3 states to develop their leadership skills by conducting leadership development workshops, implementing assessment tools based on needs and providing on-the-ground support with our fellows.

Process improvement
BGSFEL works closely with principals, teachers, and officials in the public education system to improve processes in schools and the school administration system such as library, assembly, lunch, distribution free items for schools, delivery of teaching-learning materials, managers' recruitment and onboarding processes, etc.

Deploy technology
BGSFEL supports education leaders, principals, and teachers by implementing unified, scalable technology solutions that provide assessment-based digital learning, remote support, and encourage group learning for students education officials.
BGSFEL has set up virtual support centers in the field that provide support to government officials and school leaders.
BGSFEL has identified local community women as the key resource to provide contextualized and empathetic support to officials and create social impact in communities.
